A true and proper blog entry

Having been away from blogging for a while, well, I've gone away had a baby, gone back to work after maternity leave, (which in the Netherlands sucks, it's 16 weeks, you have to go 4 weeks before your child is born and you have 12 weeks afterwards compared to most other places in Europe which give 20+weeks) and have tried to find my way around starting a homebased business, so I can stay a home with my child. Got to admit on that score though, not been mega successful, havn't found anything that grabs me, or anything I don't think is a con.

Working and being a mother is full of contradictions, your child needs you of course, but then you need to work to give you child what he/she needs... See contradictions!!!

Now don't get me wrong I'm only working parttime, so I can spend some time surfing n stuff, and while doing this I found a good social network. If you've got the marketing skills you can make a nice extra income from it, but I don't and enjoy it for what it is. And I've made quiet a few friends and it's a bit of light relief.
